As a user of EuroTech Center you can use the knowledge of our team in different ways. Our hotline is open on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Because not every call is equally urgent and we do not want you to wait unnecessarily, you can press the ‘zero’ key on your telephone in the telephone queue. You can continue working quietly and we will call you back when the next employee is available. That can save you a lot of time.
Not all necessary information can be transferred by telephone, which is why we also use e-mail and WhatsApp for our communication. For example, we can send you a procedure by e-mail or you can send us a photo of a component or a screenshot of the tester.
